She asked us a lot of great questions, made some suggestions, and showed us tons of beautiful ready made options. I described the engagement ring of my dreams to her and shortly after my fiance proposed with the exact ring I've always dreamed of. My custom engagement ring is absolutely perfect. They were even able to set the stone from my mother's ring that was passed down to me. Best jeweler in Eastlake - hands down!
