  Do not trust this store to fulfill your online order the same day. I ordered 5 items online and clicked "same day pick up in store.". That was 24 hours ago. My order is still not ready. I understand that I ordered on Cyber Monday and the volume of orders was probably very high. I would have appreciated an email saying that they could not do this. At this point I don't know how long it will take them to round up my 5 items. I am afraid to cancel my order because I can't trust them to refund my money.
